Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Shipping is available to physical addresses in all 50 states.
If you require shipping to a PO box, military address or U.S. territory, please contact us PRIOR to placing an order.
Our free shipping offer does not apply to shipments outside the 50 states.
RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened print items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with instructions and address to return the items to within 1-2 business days after your request. You will need to include the RMA number with the return. Returns are not processed without an RMA number and must be shipped to the address we specify in the instructions.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items must be returned in their original new condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used. If your item was part of a kit, the entire kit must be returned.

NOTE: We only accept returns for physical print products. Ebooks, online access codes and kits that include an online access code are NOT RETURNABLE.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
This process usually takes 1-2 business days.
Shipping charges are not refundable and coupon codes for free shipping may be deducted from your refund.
DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS
If you received a defective or damaged item or if you did not receive your complete order, please notify us immediately and we will rectify the issue at our cost.
